it means that u really have Zlob trojan in your computer. It’s very nice when trojan reports about itself, but not then when it suggests to download rogue anti-spyware software.
Do not download suggested software and remove trojan zlob from your computer.

Once installed, AntiSpySpider will load on Windows startup and will show fake warnings stating that your computer is infected with various Trojans, Viruses and other malware.

Not only does it cause your machine to slow down dramatically, it would also put your data in risk.

StorageProtector will show fake popups in systray claiming that you have spyware in your computer.
