Qidion Toolbar is an adware which installs itself as a IE toolbar which produces pop-up advertisements. The Qidion Toolbar also has a number of aliases such as Qidion, Pugi, The Local Search Smartbar, TheLocalSearch, The Local Search, and The Local Smartbar. Qidion Toolbar may also be bundled with other spyware programs including 1stbar.
