    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\SystemRestore "DisableSR " = '1'

    To open registry editor click Start > Run > type "regedit".

  3. Search and delete these Windows Concern System related files:
