    Matthew: Does the error say
“(insert program here) cannot be found”?
If it’s something like that you may have deleted a registry file that you need to launch programs.
    You have 2 options.
1.Ask family or friends if they have the bootdisk of your same os.Or use your own disk.(RECCOMENDED)
2.Send your computer to microsoft or a pro.

    For #1:
Boot up your computer with the boot disk.
Click next on the first screen if you can’t find “Repair your Computer”
The next page should have it.
    Click Repair your computer.
Then a list will show up.
    Click on system restore.
Sorry but I can’t help you now. I forgot what happens next.
    Find a guide using Google
“How to use system restore with a bootdisk with (insert your os here)

when trying to deal with this virus and it locks you out of apps and programs, “right click and choose – Run as Administrator”

the virus locks out the users UAC Rights.

i am still trying to get this of my pc

    Hi,
I’m currently cleaning/fixing a computer that has fallen into the dark side of Win 7 Total Security 2011! and yeah programs won’t open, even like windows explorer or the spydoc installation. It says kinda like the file type isnt recognize and prompt me to the “open with” window. However I figured out that if you right click the program you need to run and select “run as administrator” the program will launcu correctly.
I hope it’ll help you guys get rid of the bad guys!
