How to manually remove Control Components

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon “%AppData%\Control Components\ccmain.exe”

    To open registry editor click Start > Run > type "regedit".

  4. Search and delete these Control Components related files:
    %AppData%\Control Components\ccagent.exe
    %AppData%\Control Components\ccmain.exe

    %AppData%\Control Components\settings.ini
    %AppData%\Control Components\uninstall.exe
    %DesktopDir%\Control Components.lnk
