How to manually remove AV-Clean

To get rid of spyware such as AV-Clean you need to remove processes, search and delete registry keys, DLL and other AV-Clean related files from your computer.

1. Uninstall AV-Clean from Control Panel
   Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. Double click to uninstall.
2. End these AV-Clean processes:
   avreg.exe
   To stop processes press Ctrl + Alt + Del or click Start > Run > type "taskmgr". Select malicious process in the list and click "End Process" button.
3. Delete AV-Clean registry entries: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\AVClean] “AVClean”
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Ebiz\AV CLEAN] “%ProgramFiles%\AVClean”
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Enum\Root\LEGACY_AVFMON\0000\Control] “AVFMON”
   To open registry editor click Start > Run > type "regedit".
   Warning! Manual registry entries editing may cause damage to your system.
   Download Uniblue RegistryBooster 2010 to scan for registry errors.
4. Search and delete these AV-Clean related files:
   %ProgramFiles%\avclean\etc\avreg.exe
   %ProgramFiles%\avclean\etc\avfilterdriver.sys
   c:\DelUS.bat
   %Temp%\AV CLEAN
   %Programs%\AVClean
   %Temp%\AV CLEAN\list_control
   %Temp%\nsu2.tmp
   %ProgramFiles%\AVClean
   %ProgramFiles%\AVClean\db
   %ProgramFiles%\AVClean\etc
   %ProgramFiles%\AVClean\etc\temp
   %ProgramFiles%\AVClean\Lang
   %ProgramFiles%\AVClean\skin
   %ProgramFiles%\AVClean\temp
   
5. Block AV-Clean malicious domains:
