To open registry editor click Start > Run > type "regedit".

Search and delete these Antispyware Soft related files:

Will these instructions work if Internet is blocked and or Task Manager is blocked, both of which problems I now have?

Yeah these instructions will work. If Task Manager is blocked you can try other programs to manage processes e.g. process hacker or process explorer
