I would love to download spyware doctor, but I can’t open up Internet explorer. I can’t open task manager either. For the love of God please help!

You should be able to open your task manager in a safe mode and delete it manually. Detailed removal guide you can find here.

Before it is able to start scanning anything, you want to hit ctrl+alt+del to bring up the task manager while you are still able to do so. close the antispy.exe process. Then press file ->new process and type in “explorer.exe”. Then you can get started removing this thing.
